Celebrating over 20 years, I’ve been listing, selling, and renting homes across North Carolina and Virginia. There’s still plenty of land, homes, and rental opportunities available in today’s real estate market—and in the future. Real estate investing remains one of the best ways to build wealth for yourself and your family, especially when you have the right agent by your side. One who can guide you through both simple and complex questions, do the research, and pull valuable information from public records to help you make informed decisions when purchasing your next home, land, multi-unit property, commercial space, farm, or any number of other real estate options.

Within 6 months of being in sales, I was introduced to Property Management, and the role has stayed with me. I have been a Property Manager for most properties located in Moyock, Currituck, Camden & Elizabeth City, NC. Property Management is not for everyone, and many may be hesitant to attempt to rent their homes out however if you find the right company and the right Property Manager, the process becomes seamless, and your investment is cared for the way it should be. Communication is essential in every field, but in Property Management near you it’s absolutely vital—for managers, landlords, and tenants alike. When communication is strong, everything else follows.

When I’m not selling homes or completing move‑outs for rentals, I’m living the many roles that mean the most to me: Daughter, Wife, Mother, Mimi, Sister, Aunt, Niece, and Friend. My greatest joy comes from spending time with my family and my grandbabies.

I’ve been married to my husband for 27 years, proudly supporting him and embracing his career as a Civil Servant with the Department of the Navy. I love spending time at the beach—there’s just nothing quite like the Outer Banks in my eyes. I also enjoy cruising and swimming in the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean.

Creativity is a big part of who I am. As a crafter, I’ve spent years melting crayons and traveling throughout Virginia and North Carolina, encouraging others to explore a new, unique way of coloring—still with crayons, just reimagined.

I’m also a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities. As the mother of one of the strongest, brightest, and most remarkable adults I know, I’ve learned countless lessons about resilience, compassion, and standing up for what matters. That experience has shaped me into someone who fights for those who may not have a voice—or helps guide them to the people who can support them best. We all need a helping hand sometimes, and I’m grateful to be one of those hands whenever I can.
